This research aims to find out and analyze the Co-occurance and Co-authorship mapping of the distribution of scientific publications that discuss Covid-19 in Indonesia. This research method is a descriptive research in the form of bibliometric analysis with a quantitative approach to Co-occurrence and Co-authorship. First, co-occurrence is carried out to see trends in research topics by grouping keywords. Second, Co-authorship is an analytical method used to determine the level of collaboration of scientific article authors in conducting scientific research. The results of the study show that scientific journal articles with the keyword Covid-19 in this research study have a strong association with several other keywords in the same field. Judging from the frequency of occurrence of keywords, namely Covid-19 Pandemic, Indonesia, Coronavirus, Sars-cov-2, Public health, Social Media, Pandemic, E-learning, Corona, Distance learning, and others. Meanwhile, keywords that have a low occurrence rate are Consumers, Emotional Intelligence, Force Majure, Inflation, New Normal, Corona, Lockdown. Meanwhile, "Geno, Rachmad Ardiansyah Pua", "Herwanto, Yeni Tri", "Ibad, Mursyidul", "Laksono, Agung Dwi", "Megatsari, Hario", "Nugraheni, Estiningtyas", "Sarweni, Kinanty Putri", “Vinet, Luc”, and “Zhedanov, Alexei” are the most prolific writers. The level of collaboration of scientific article writers with keywords written collaboratively is as much greater than individually or individually.

Hadira Latiar, M. This statistical tool analyses scientific publications which further describe trends in academic literature and research in various fields. This study focused on the development of diabetes research using animal models induced by streptozotocin (STZ), a diabetogenic molecule that triggers DNA damage in pancreatic beta cells and causes extreme oxidative stress. 1090 related articles published between 2017-2022 were obtained from the Scopus-Elsevier database using specific keywords “streptozotocin or STZ, animal models, diabetes, intraperitoneal”. Statistical analysis showed 1.67% Annual Growth Rate of publication with 10.66 citation rate per document. Co-occurrence analysis also successfully visualized the main topics related to the mechanism of action of streptozotocin such as oxidative stress, inflammation, rats, diabetic nephropathy, diabetic cardiomyopathy, hyperglycemia, antioxidants, and insulin. An important finding in this study indicated the diabetes research development was not in line with the main problem using animal models that remain unsolved, especially in diabetes research related to pancreatic beta cell proliferation. The result also provided valuable insights of research trends that involved diabetic animal models. The latest research datas are significantly important since it can be used for future research development. Further, more comprehensive information could be achieved by using other databases such as Web of Science (WOS) and Dimension in bibliometric analysis.
Baharuddin Baharuddin, Risma Ikawaty Copyright (c) 2023 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jodis.id/index.php/jodis/article/view/214 Fri, 01 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis Bibliometrik Penelitian Pohon Keputusan untuk Prediksi Kanker Payudara http://jodis.id/index.php/jodis/article/view/216
The purpose of this paper is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of scientific publications that discuss the use of the decision tree method for breast cancer prediction. A total of 322 documents from Scopus were collected for analysis using bibliometric indicators such as productivity and citations. The bibliometric analysis produces scientific mapping based on the keywords co-occurrence, co-authorship, and co-citation analysis to reflect the conceptual, social, and intellectual structure of the research. The results of the analysis of evolution article found an exponential increase in citations and the number of authors in this study in the period 2005-2023, where China was the dominant country in conducting research. In the thematic map analysis, three research topics were produced, namely the medical field, the computer field and the bioinformatics field. Research topics in the use of the decision tree method for breast cancer prediction are included in the computer field. This study suggests that research on the use of the decision tree method for breast cancer prediction is a research topic that needs to be continuously improved.
Suhartono Suhartono, Totok Chamidy, Syahiduz Zaman Copyright (c) 2023 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 http://jodis.id/index.php/jodis/article/view/216 Fri, 01 Sep 2023 00:00:00 +0700 PRODUKTIVITAS DAN KOLABORASI PERISET PADA PUSAT RISET TEKNOLOGI RADIOISOTOP, RADIOFARMAKA DAN BIODOSIMETRI BADAN RISET DAN INOVASI NASIONAL BERDASARKAN ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK http://jodis.id/index.php/jodis/article/view/215
The collaboration and productivity of researchers at the Research Center for Radioisotope Technology, Radiopharmaceuticals and Biodosimetry (PRTRRB) was carried out using the bibliometric method. The research objectives were to determine: 1) the Productivity of PRTRRB researchers, period 2021 -2022, 2) Collaboration of PRTRRB researchers, and 3) Trends/mapping of research results conducted. Data was collected from the Scopus database and https://intipdaqu.brin.go.id/paten. The research population was publications by 66 out of 69 researchers with Scopus IDs on 23 February 2023. The results showed that the number of publications in 2021 was 43, and in 2022 there were 38 titles. The most prolific researcher was Syaifudin M., who produced 14 documents, followed by Suseno and Wongso, each of whom produced 10 documents. PRTRRB produced 7 patents. A total of 30 countries collaborated with researchers, and the most was Japan. The research map that was carried out was divided into 7 clusters, and the most clusters were about radiopharmaceuticals, which concentrated on cancer treatment, assisted by natural ingredients. It was concluded that PRTRRB BRIN researchers are active in conducting research in the nuclear field, as evidenced by the publication of research results in various types of publications indexed in Scopus.
