Abstract

This study is a best practice librarian Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University in its role to realize the literate society. Blanded librarian takes a role in the literacy reinforcement ecosystem by bringing the library closer to the people who are not limited to the physical building. College Library is one of the ecosystems for strengthening literacy for welfare. This study aims to find out how the librarians of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University conduct Transformation of inclusion-based higher education libraries. Policies to strengthen literacy for welfare can be implemented well if supported by a good ecosystem. Running a community service program requires cooperation with other parties including the government, the private sector, and the community. So what is done can touch its essence, namely literate society, so that prosperity can be realized through literacy. The constraints faced are hay which need to be used as experience and most importantly there must be an effort to evaluate so that literacy sustainability to the community can run well and sustainably
