PRAKTEK DIGITISASI KEARSIPAN DAN KEAMANAN INFORMASI: STUDI KASUS PADA WORKSHOP DIGITISASI KEARSIPAN ORGANISASI XYZ

This research aims to describe records digitization practices at Organization XYZ and identify security issues that must be considered. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation during a three-day workshop in Bogor. The research results show that although the records digitization process is going quite well, there are a number of challenges related to information security, including data integrity and accessibility. The use of appropriate technology, adequate training, and implementation of comprehensive security policies are the keys to improving the quality and security of the archives digitization process.References
